To cancel a subscription, you must login at:
http://www.hellsgamers.com/admins/clientarea.php?action=products

Select the product details icon on the right, and click "Request Cancellation"

Cancellations must be made 48 hours before your due date as this system is automated.

If you used Paypal: The next Important part is you need to login paypal and select the subscription to "HeLLsGamers.com" and cancel it.

Click the "Cancel Subscription" button to complete your Cancellation.

Remember that it is your responsibility to cancel any recurring subscriptions you have at paypal.com, we cannot do this for you. All payments received are non refundable.
